I've seen arguments that suggest the phrase "No Party" doesn't mean
what we think it means when we first read it.

That is, we think it  means "nobody at all", when it may mean "No
member of the TPPA agreement", where "members" are Governments and
Major Corporations.

Which then entirely inverts the claim, and articulates that
governments may not decree open-source software or require
open-sourcing of software as a part of a trade negotiation.

Naturally, people would be really against having their commercial
product being told to opensource as in order to be part of an trade
negotiation.

Of course, IANAL, But I recall there being one on this mailinglist who
might be able to direct us better on how this legalese really plays
out.
