Given it appears to be triggered by emails being sent to the list I did
think it was a robot rather than a scraper, but never given it much
thought really.
You might be right though, I'd forgotten about the default setup for
pipermail doing that. I look after a couple of mailman lists still and
I changed it to completely remove the poorly obfuscated email link...
