Hi!

 As it is know, there are special TERMCAP entries in treminal properties
to draw box graphics. The new versions of termlib/curses/slang
should support UNICODE and draw box graphics with correct width.

 User's prorgamms (not X) shouldn't draw boxes directly to screen (display).
This is bad thing (c)    ;-)   (very unportable)
They should use special cursor-conrtol tools or write to legacy plain stdout.
