directly ? You mean trough compose key maybe; I don't know of any
standard keyboard allowing to type all those directly.

I did some time ago an en_US.UTF-8/Compose file for XFree86 that allows
to type with dead keys or compose key all quotations marks and all
the common accented chars of latin, cyrillic and greek; it is included
in XFree86 (however I'm ashamed I put a lot of types while doing it...
hopefully someone noticed them and send a correction patch).
