but I would like to see Edumnd's file included myself...

Yes, this worked for me. I get esperanto strings at least.
I dont think it can do quite as much as a regular locale
this way, but its a start. Thanks for the tip,

Thank you for the file Edmund, i ran it through localedef,
and it worked wonderfully. I cannot imagine why this isnt
included with glibc, generally i think that esperanto
speakers arent too pedantic about country specific
currency or dates. (wouldnt that defeat the whole purpose)
