Hi guys,

I have written a application for Linux systems that can be used as a
realtime monitor.  It has a componet that produces a bar graph using
iso10646 fonts that support U+2588 through U+258F.  My problem is that
the standard Redhat 9.0 console does not support iso10646.  Xterm does
and it works OK.  I have been googling for days and I think I am close.
I think I need to do a setfont and point to the iso10646 fonts.  The
problem with this is that setfont looks at /lib/kbd/consolefonts
where it find the fonts he will use.  These are all *.psf and *.psfu
types, where the iso10646 are *.bdf types.

My question is where is a Village Idiot's guide the install the
iso10646 fonts for the Linux Console support.

  Thanks for your time.
