BiDi with line breaks

I don't know much about BiDi algorithms, and I've only looked at the
FAQs and descriptions of programs without actually trying them.
However, I couldn't see any mention of how to break a BiDi paragraph
into lines for display on a character-cell screen, as might be needed
in a simple pager, for example. Is there any free software that does
this?
