Mirror the glyphs. That'll even be usable for an Arabic reader/writer with
about 10 hours of experince, and it'll be the simplest to implement.

The technique was common in old days of Persian computing. For example,
when one needed to sort a FoxPro table, he used the logical mode for data
storage, and for displaying the Persian data in default table view, he
needed a mirrored font. I have even kept a DOS font if the need arises.
