I don't get you.
If you need something else than that in danemark, then you can create your
dk.single_pass locale with the single pass algorythm YOU want, if this one is not
adequate.
It's not catering for everybody, opposite to when the programm forces the use of
strcmp to avoid problems with multi-pass algorythm with strcoll.
