My table in

  http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/ucs/wcwidth.c

is still a bit in a state of flux though and should not yet be seen as
my finalized submission to ISO. I want to add a few more non-spacing
characters as wcwidth()==0 and probably cause all Hangul Jamo to return
-1. Also I want to make some Arabic ligatures wcwidth()==2 and I want to
see more feedback and practical usage experience before I would consider
my table ready for ISO publication.

Could you please send instead of ISO document numbers such as
"WG20N706R2" the corresponding URL? That would be very helpful in
quickly and painlessly following up such references (which hopefully are
not kept secret behind password-protected web sites). Thanks!

Note that I also try to make every effort to include URLs into my
postings when I reference documents. Non-URL references to documents
should really be used only in exceptional circumstances (such as books
that are not available online but can be found in good libraries). All
ISO committees should ensure that all their work is 100% traceable and
referenceable online. I think this is a very important quality-assurance
requirement for this sort of work.
