Klingon got rejected. Quoting Rick McGowan, because the script is not used by the community, there is almost nothing published in it but T-shirts, Kligon Language Institute is not interested in the encoding, there may have been a copyright problem (the source was really a Hollywood set design), among other reasons. Neither UTC nor WG2 has yet considered neither Cirth nor Tengwar.
