seems to be all you'd need to know having already done
viqr. I use viqr myself, because its easy to remember,
but i think in Vietnam more people use telex...
Maybe it shouldnt be a separate module, but instead
part of the same one. A control key or configuration
dialog could let you choose between viqr, telex, tcvn,
vni, etc....
