International Forum on Fast-Growing Enterprises & Financial

Approved
by the State Council, the China Beijing International High-tech Expo(CBHT) will
hold its 6th session of conference in May, 2003 in Beijing. The joint
presenters are the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Foreign
Trade and Economic Cooperation, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of
Information Industry, the Ministry of China Council for the Promotion of
International Trade(CCPIT), the State Intellectual Property Office and the
People’s Government of Beijing Municipality. The Chinese government leaders
attach great importance to the CBHT and will attend the conference.
As one
of the major events of the 6th CBHT, a forum on Fast-Growing
Enterprises and financial market is to be held on May 23-24,2003 in the Great
Hall of the People and China World Hotel Beijing. By then, Chinese state
ministers, high-ranking officials from other governments, presidents of
multinationals, entrepreneurs of fast-growing enterprises, high-level officers
of world-famous financial
institutions and capital markets will meet and make lectures/dialogues in
Beijing, with a focus on what is facing China’s fast-growing enterprises such as
the experiences of foreign fast-growing companies, the influences of finance on
enterprises, and the sustainable development of fast-growing enterprises in
China. The
forum is characterized in the CBHT by its high-standard, high-level and
high-quality in a variety forms of meetings. In order to provide an opportunity
for enterprises and companies to improve themselves in public and strengthen our
cooperation, we have such suggestions listed below as the means of cooperation
for your reference. We believe your participation of the forum will help you

conference. 2.
The lecture notes of your
leader will be published in the collection of this
forum to deliver to the state ministries, provincial governments,
financial institutions both in and out of China, information industries, and
world-famous enterprises. The procedure of the lecture will be recorded in the
forum disc of the 6th
CBHT. III.
Issue
of “Honorary Copper
Medal” 1.
Award an
“Honorary Copper Medal” to your company as the
sponsor of the forum. 2.

Courteous
treatments 1.
Two
leaders of your company have the right to attend the opening ceremony of the
6th CBHT at which the Chinese government officials will be present
and make a speech. In the previous session of the CBHT, it was Prime Minister
Zhu Rongji who made the speech, with the presence of Mr. Jia Qinglin, member of
the Standing Committee of CPC Political Bureau, Mr. Zhou Guangzhao,
Vice-chairman of the People’s Congress, Mr. Sun Fulin, Vice-chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and
some other ministers at the rostrum. In the 5th CBHT, Mr. Liu Qi, the
Chairman of the Organizing Committee and Mayor of Beijing Municipality,
delivered the opening address. Mr. Xu Guanhua, Chairman of the Organizing
Committee and Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, made a keynote
speech, and Mr. Shi Guangsheng, Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and
Economic Cooperation presided in the opening
ceremony. 2.
Two

Beijing TV, Guizhou TV, Hunan TV, Phoenix TV(Hong Kong), and
Sun TV(Hong Kong) will broadcast and/or live broadcast lectures of
the forum. l
One of
your company can be interviewed by some guided news
agencies. 2.
On-the-spot
publicity l
Your
company has the right to be entitled in the publicity and related
conference halls. l
Your
company has the right to set one board (1.2m in width and 2m in
height) of publicity outside the meeting
place. l
Your
company has the right to occupy a place of 10 m² in China World Hotel Beijing as
the exhibition sector, which can be easily surfed the Internet
wireless. You can put you computer(s) there together with your TV programmes and
publications to be delivered to participants of the
conference. l

company has the right to put 2 desks for delivering your materials of publicity
in the Conference Hall of the 2nd floor, the Great Hall of the
People. l
One of your
horizontal Scrolls can be hanged in the meeting

Pictures and
resumes of your leaders will be printed on the publication
of the forum. l
There is
one colorful page in the publication of the forum
