I've got this problem when working on a client site. The site (in Japanese) sends out Japanese emails in UTF-8 format. In Hotmail, they appear as "mojibake", although in other email services they appear OK, (as far as I can tell - I don't speak Japanese but I'm working with the client's translator).
I'm wondering if the emails I'm sending out aren't well-formed, or whether Hotmail isn't supporting UTF-8 properly. Does anyone have any experience in this matter? Rich. PS.
