UCData 2.7 released

Finally, after several years, an update! This version fixes several bugs in 
the Java and C code, and includes a usable Boyer-Moore search routine for 
UTF-8 text.

It works with most versions of the UnicodeData-*.txt available from 
http://www.unicode.org.

This package is not intended to be the "best" implementation of anything. It 
is intended to be a fairly simple starting place for developers who need to 
ramp up quickly while still being usable in a production environment.
