My intention was to make it simple to use. If there is deficiency in
comprehensive documentation, please tell me. Available documentation is:
* The manual in Unix format. After installation, type "man mined".
  After a short overview, a table of contents, and a listing of the
  parameters (which is expected at the top of Unix manuals), the
  manual starts with an introductory chapter.
* The manual in HTML format (actually the source of the manual).
  * Available in /usr/share/mined/doc_user after installation (or
    /usr/share/lib/mined/doc_user, /usr/local/share/mined/doc_user,
    depending on system) or
  * online at http://towo.net/mined , click on "Mined Manual".
* The online help.
  * Type F1, then one of "i", "k", "f", "c", "m" for quick help on a
    few topics.
  * Or type F1 F1, Control-F1, Shift-F1, Alt-F1 for a display line
    with function key assignments. Prefix this with "HOP" to have this
    help line stay on display. ("HOP" should be assigned to the "5" key
    of the numeric keypad, or use Control-G.)

I guess you are writing Kazakh in Unicode (though Kazakh Cyrillic
encoding PT154 is also supported), and want a suitable keyboard mapping
or input method.
A built-in Cyrillic keyboard mapping is available; open the
Input Method menu (right-click on the "--" flags) to select it.
If it is not sufficient or does not meet your expectations or
special needs for Kazakh, I'll be glad to help setup a specific Kazakh
input method. Is actually one in common use? If so, please send me the
information you have on it.

Thank you and kind regards,
Thomas Wolff
