Hi Laurent, is there a USB controller, which does not have this problem? Is there a way of using UVC API (just my custom application and embedded version of Linux) to avoid this problem?

Logitech webcams have a hardware bug which prevent them from working properly when used with some USB controllers. There's a subtle timing issue at the USB stack level which is triggered by Linux only.
