Thanks for your help.
With the last version if I connect my webcam after a modprobe
/dev/video0 is created and luvcview grab the video. So it's a very good
point :p

But (yes there is a but) I tried to use ekiga. My webcam is well found
by this software but when I tried to activate it the "microsoft" on the
webcam blink a little and then shutdown. Ekiga display a message saying
that there is an error when opening the device.
dmesg display this messages:

uvcvideo: uvc_v4l2_open
uvcvideo: uvc_v4l2_ioctl
v4l2 ioctl VIDIOC_QUERYCAP, dir=r- (0x80685600)
uvcvideo: uvc_v4l2_release
uvcvideo: uvc_v4l2_open
uvcvideo: uvc_v4l2_ioctl
v4l2 ioctl VIDIOC_QUERYCAP, dir=r- (0x80685600)
uvcvideo: uvc_v4l2_release

So I think that now this is a ekiga but if you have a new bright idea
i'm ready to test it ;)
