I'm curious, where does Ekiga show "046d:08c9" ? The preference dialog should 
show "UVC Video Class device" for the Ultra Vision.

The driver uses the product name provided by the camera, or the harcoded 
string "UVC Video Class device" if the camera doesn't provide a product name. 
Logitech devices provide no product name, so I have no way to guess it.

I'm sorry this is not possible with Logitech devices, as they don't have 
string descriptors with the product name.
