Thanks a lot for you help ! I've found in the archives 
'noformatcheck.patch' and 'tuner.patch' which have helped me (however as far
as I understand the patch you referred to is quite cleaner solution).
Without 'tuner.path' mplayer works well but mencoder works only
with -nosound option.

Now there is one more problem: I can't get video larger than 640x480 or with
more then 15fps with mplayer (with luvcview I can get [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
[EMAIL PROTECTED]). I've tried it with:
$ mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:fps=15:width=960:height=720
$ mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:fps=25:width=640:height=480
but mplayer still shows 640x480 picture with 15 fps
