ok i have installed something. now i get this error message: checking for KDE... configure: error: in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail. So, check this please and use another prefix!

This one means you haven't installed the x-windows development libraries. I don't remember what the package is called, but in Kubuntu you'll want to use APT to install the needed X packages.
