Hi,
Some days ago I' ve tested FinePix E550 camera on an ARM based system.
As reported in previous mailing list, using uvccapture, I got snap.jpg.

Now, I can't get more any image. The steps made are:

1) install the driver uvcvideo.
 dmesg say:
        usbcore: registered new driver uvcvideo
        USB Video Class driver (v0.1.0)
 2) Link the cam to the system:
    dmesg say:
usb 2-2: new full speed USB device using isp116x-hcd and address 2
scsi1 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices
usb-storage: device found at 2

3) Running the uvccapture :
 ./uvccapture -v
 Using videodevice: /dev/video0
Saving images to: snap.jpg
Image size: 320x240
Taking snapshot every 0 seconds
Taking images using mmap
Chiamo Init_videoIn
ERROR opening V4L interface
: No such device

The /dev/video0 exist. So, what is the problem?

No new messase is present in dmesg output.

Thank you for any suggestions.

Best regards,

Claudio Montemaggiore
