You should not load manually the firmware. This is done by a udev rules.
Ensure your configured with --sysconfdir=/etc . This is why ift-load is
now installed in ${prefix}/lib/udev/ .

ift-load does not probe for an isight, it udev's job. You should not
care about firmware loading. Think *just work* ;)

You just need to install info2man. I updated the tarball to use a proper
check. (0.5.0.1).
