Is it just a resolution issue, or do you use another format (YUV/MJPEG) for 
resolutions higher than 320x240 ?

Really ? Can you please double check ? The driver doesn't process the received 
image in any way. I'm very curious as to why SMP would cause the image to be 
flipped.

I've heard of various cameras embedded in laptops that are mounted upside 
down. There is currently no known way to ask the camera to unflip the image.
