Thanks for the input..
I had made an assumption that it was based upon the other model from this
manufacturer and that fact that its usb.. Also thanks for the insight on how
the driver works i had thought that with all the other devices that they were
all usb..
Here is my output from lsusb.. it does not seem to be a uvc device. I know
this is not the correct forum for no uvc devices but i figured someone here
may have some ideas just what type of device this is? This is an alienware
m7700 and it is the default camera well at that time that they put into the
display.
