The version of UVC in Debian is too old for the version of the Kernel
you are building against. Please file a bug with Debian or use the
latest version of the UVC driver from SVN:
# svn checkout svn://svn.berlios.de/linux-uvc/linux-uvc/trunk uvc
# cd uvc
# make
# su
# make install
