The UVC driver you are trying to insert isn't built against the Kernel
you are running.  Did you build UVC yourself?  If so then rebuild the
driver against the source for this Kernel and reinstall the driver.

Otherwise, if you got UVC from Ubuntu then please file a bug with them.
