Could you please send me the output of

lsusb -v -d 145f:013f

using usbutils 0.72 or newer (0.73+ preferred) ?

Those errors should not be fatal. Most webcams are only tested on Windows, and 
some are buggy when the USB requests timing differs from the test conditions.

I hope so, otherwise I wouldn't be working on the UVC driver :-)
