Thank you for the info. I have compiled libwebcam-svn and can control
the pan/tilt with uvcdynctrl. The LED-control also works well.

To compile guvcview I had to remove some lines in v4l2uvc.h.
Now guvcview works too, but I don't see the Tilt/Pan controles there.
I have only a "Pan/Tilt (reset)" button.

Any idea, how to get the controls working in guvcview?
