Your camera is not UVC compatible. You should first make sure you have the appropriate driver loaded and that it recognises and initialises the camera properly. A quick search on Google shows that the driver can be found at http://www.zago.net/v4l2/finepix/. Your distribution might package it, or you might have to compile it from source.
