salut Laurent, We have exactely the same problem on the last ubuntu in our laboratory.
there is no kernel log except a number. Raphaël Pasquier works on it but he has some troubles to identify where is the bug ... It seems that every set up dependig on the flag V4L2_CID fail. I remember an similar issue when we switch from a version to a svn one in July due to a change in the API. For now we can't control the time exposure, switch from auto to manual, on our webcam. If you have some ideas about a test to perform, feel free to ask us. Best regards. 2008/11/11 Filippo Argiolas <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > On mar, 2008-11-11 at 18:31 +0100, Laurent Pinchart wrote: > > Could you please check the kernel log (dmesg) for error messages printed > by > > the uvcvideo driver after locking the camera/driver ? > > Hi Laurent, I have no error message in the kernel log when the camera > locks.
