Yes, unplugging the camera didn't work this time I had to rmmod and
modprobe the driver.
I have to say that I'm a bit confused.
If this was a hardware issue by unplugging the camera, it should get 
fixed ( at least it has worked
in previous occasions), but this time I unplugged the camera several
times and it didn't help.
Also in previous upgrades the camera would still work for a little wile,
this time it failed immediately.
