Thanks for the report. What happens if you don't set the quirks parameter to 4 ? Please report messages printed by the uvcvideo driver to the kernel log (without quirks=4, for both models). Could you please also send me the output of lsusb -v -d 0474:02da and lsusb -v -d 0474:0238 (with the relevant devices plugged in) ?
