Partially i solved the problem and the webcam works normal in Cheese but still in Skype can not find how to turn it around ...I followed Radu tips to fix the bug http://radu.cotescu.com/2009/11/05/flipped-images-ubuntu-webcam/#comments I thought it works after all , but still can not find a solution in skype. I sent you the output for lsusb and dmidecode commands ...
