Is there any reason to keep quoting text that isn't relevant to your question? Also, is the "I try to fill the form ..." part of your question? If so, what form? Are you talking about this: http://lists.berlios.de/mailman/admin/linux-uvc-devel ? If so, why? You're already subscribed to the list, obviously.. If you want to provide information about your device, then just send an email to linux-uvc-devel@lists.berlios.de (as you seemingly have managed to do) with the details in. If you're wondering which details to provide, then one of the developers can help with that, but I imagine that the output of lsusb -v -d id is sufficient, where "id" is the USB vendor and product pair that you get from lsusb (e.g. 064e:d101 for my webcam). Does that help?
