I have found a guy (Tom Harper) who helped me with that. He is saying that:

The other problem is with its MJPEG. It uses restart markers a lot (so
that MJPEG decoding could be speed up with parallelization) but for
example ffmpeg does not support that without his patch, which they
have not approved:
