Yes, you are right. I have the same motherboard and it has only one EHCI Host 
Controller. Dual EHCI didn't trickle down to low end products yet. All of their 
mainstream desktop motherboards have it though. One caveat, second controller 
can be disabled and I'm sure their marketing department is fully aware of it.
