please attach the output of "lsusb -vd zzzz:xxxx"
zzzz:xxxx - is the usb id number of your webcam
and please attach complete trace of uvcvideo. You can enable it with:
sudo rmmod uvcvideo && sudo modprobe uvcvideo trace=0xffff
