Just to make sure I understand the change:

boardflags3 0x08101188 --> Wifi uses an external clock
boardflags3 0x101188 ---> Wifi uses an internal clock

Current dts does not output the 32kHz from MX7D to the Wifi chip, so I
guess the below is correct.

I am not sure if I can access this signal via scope.
