Checking with people who were CC'd is not a good choice -- that circumvents the mailing list. I didn't see it on Patchwork at first either, but now it's mostly there: https://patchwork.kernel.org/cover/10909117/ Also on the kernel.org archive: https://lkml.kernel.org/linux-wireless/[email protected]/ Maybe it was just delayed.
