In Yocto/Poky2, there are several linux-yocto...bbappend files which include a
platform's "xxx-standard.scc" file:
SRC_URI += "file://{{=machine}}-standard.scc
These lines do not exist in Yocto/Poky3. We discovered while we are updating
that the SCC files didn't get included. Adding them manually led to other
issues with re-applying patches in "ktypes/standard/standard.scc". I've found
a few answers randomly, but searching the history has been hard to find a
common answer.
I'm guessing this is a common problem? Could someone point me to any guidance
on a best-practice for updating and including these files correctly?
