How is TSN different PMEM, SRAM and SPI features which are currently
enabled directly in the genericarm64.scc and not via meta-yocto/meta-yocto-bsp
linux-yocto bbappend or machine config side KERNEL_FEATURES?

I'm trying to undestand which one to use and when.

I think distro and machine features are a bit too much for TSN since no other
recipes are affected.
