This patch request is to create BSP cfg & SCC files under linux-yocto meta
branch. The name 'haswell-wc' refers to Intel Haswell Platform Walnut Canyon CRB.
Please kindly help to pull these files into linux-yocto version v3.8 meta branch.
These are merged and pushed. I'll send the official SRCREV updates tomorrow,
but BSP layers can use the support now.
