Here is an update to fix typo error in baytrail.cfg.
CONFIG_DW_PCI is invalid. It was not detected in Valley Island BSP because
Valley Island has its own feature scc and cfg in linux-yocto-3.10 and
linux-yocto-3.14 kernel but not in linux-yocto-3.17 and 3.19.
I pushed this to all the linux-yocto trees: 3.19, 3.17, 3.14, 3.10 .
Update the meta SRCREVs in your layer(s) to take advantage of the fix.

This will update the invalid kernel config to CONFIG_DW_DMA_PCI.
Additional request:
Please help to merge this patch into linux-yocto-3.10, linux-yocto-3.14,
linux-yocto-3.17, and linux-yocto-3.19 meta branch.
