The existing scripts do have this restriction, but since I'm running with a
completely re-written set of kernel patching and processing tools, I'm not
seeing the error. (you can see them on
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/log/?h=zedd/kernel-next)
.. and since I'm on vacation, I wasn't going to send them for merging until
next week.

We can temporarily fix this with the patch name change that you sent, but
again, the SRCREV updates won't be out until early next week.
