This patch adds reserved memory regions:
- Lossy Decompression
48 MiB : 0x0054000000 -> 0x0056ffffff
- Default CMA area
400 MiB : 0x0057000000 -> 0x006fffffff
- CMA area for MMP
256 MiB : 0x0070000000 -> 0x007fffffff
