V1 ---> V2: 1. delete the patch "arch: arm64: dts: add overlay dts file" because it is improper to add into kernel source. 2. modify the patch " i2c: cadence: do not clear bus_hold_flag in mrecv" by adding a I2C_M_NOSTART flag check according to Shubhrajyoti's suggestion.
