IIRC, XBee is a device implementing 802.15.4 MAC (or even ZigBee NWK/APS) on it's own. It's possible to write a serial driver to drive a 802.15.4 MAC device via our stack (see fakehard.c for API example). On the other hand if XBee implements ZigBee stacks and doesn't allow you to drive it on the MAC level, it's impossible to drive it via our stack (we don't implement ZigBee API and strictly speaking we don't plan to implement it due to licensing restrictions). -- With best wishes Dmitry ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable. Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes sense of it. IT sense. And common sense. http://p.sf.net/sfu/splunk-d2d-c2 _______________________________________________ Linux-zigbee-devel mailing list Linux-zigbee-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-zigbee-devel
