Based of the comments of the last patch series I send to this list,
I made a reworked version of the patches. The irq type is now hard
coded to IRQF_TRIGGER_RISING and the calls to disble_irq_nosync()
and enable_irq() are completely removed.
If there are no more objections against this patches, I would send
them to netdev.
