There is some research going on the in the field, but I'm not sure anyone
has presented something "mature" enough to be regarded
"production/deployment" grade.
Some of my colleagues are working on this very topic (adapting IPSEC for
6LoWPAN) and will be presenting a couple of conference papers this month
(actually Í'll be presenting one of those in a few days). They are not
online yet, but I may be able to distribute a few copies to interested
parties. ;)
